Rose Petal Rechel

Rose Petal Rechel is an Armenian food recipe for sweet rose petal preserves.
- 1 kg of tea rose petals
- 2 liters water
- 6 kg sugar
- 8 g. lemon salt (lemon acid)
- Cut the lower (white) part of petals with scissors and make sure there are no dry petals. Place the petals in strainer and rinse them thoroughly with cold water.
- Place petals in pan, add water, bring to boil and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add sugar and cook until ready. Add lemon salt to keep petals color.
