Cucumber Jajukh is an Armenian food recipe for a yogurt and garlic based salad.
- 2½ cups cucumbers, peeled and diced
- 2 cups yogurt
- 1 tsp. mint leaves, crushed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Mix all ingredients.
- Chill in refrigerator until serving time.
